A pleasant stay. Some beds were uncomfortable. Armchair seat sagging… needed replacement. On whirlpool was dirty and jets clogged. Other pool was awesome. Staff were very pleasant.

Rooms are a little tired and it was weird checking in at the pro shop but once we found our way it was fine. Was a good value and a secure location.

Once you find your room, it's decent. If you miss a text, like we did, then it's REALLY hard to find your way there. Also, the gate to get in, by security takes FOREVER! There are a lot of other places to stay and HOAs in the same complex. The rooms are a decent size, and it was MOSTLY clean Its not close to very many tourist things. It's pretty inside the gate though There is a pool, but it was dirty!

The staff were so helpful and sorted our problems quickly. The place suited a mixed generation family staying with full kitchen and all facilities perfect for us.

Two bedroom unit facing golf course was perfect for us! Everything was extremely clean and there was plenty of kitchenware or anything you might need in that regard. Plenty of space, plenty of storage and a lovely view onto the forward fifth tee at Indian Palms country club golf course.

Rm:114: Inside door handle came off in attempt to exit. Had no set pin to keep on. Asked and received second room:120. Smoke alarm chirping. Thought I would exchange with alarm from Rm114. Removed alarm, NO battery in alarm, and NOT WIRED UP! Device guts removed. THIS IS NEGLIGENCE AND UNLAWFUL. (I will report to city authorities) Went to office for battery in morning bringing non functional detector. Didn’t have 9V battery for replacement, promised to have by when we returned from our day out, or delivered to room. Evening back at hotel, key didn’t work, no battery delivered, again back to front office.No battery available from staff. No room service performed. Place is not clean, as closing doors reveals floor and trim behind doors never cleaned. No disposable cups at sink. 1 small bar soap for bath and hand sink. DVI cord to TV bad. I had my own, and used it for wiring between box & TV. Brought my own coffee maker, good thing, none provided. Sheets clean, quiet, gated safe area the upside. Would not stay again.

Horrible, horrible experience with this place. It was disgusting it had a horrible smell. Light switches were black. Left with an almost empty box of Kleenex. The trim on the bathroom was destroyed. The shower was dirty and has looked like it has not been cleaned in forever ever. The kitchen sink still had food in it. The lights on the upstairs bathroom were completely full of brown, goop and dusty. The beds sheets looked like they were not washed. There were crumbs on the sheets and black stains. The kitchen chairs were all full of white stains. The fruit bowl in the kitchen had crumbs in it. The pool had a dirty sock, it was a white sock that was completely black. The registers were Full of black stuff. To say the least this place was disgusting. I would never recommend anybody stay at this place. Here are just a couple of the pictures I got.

Units are clean and basic but were functional for our needs. 5 persons stayed for 6 nights. Erika was extremely helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.
