For decades, owners and guests of Indian Palms Vacation Club have returned to enjoy a relaxing, resort-like experience in one of the most beautiful beach towns in the country. Here are a few reviews from our guests.
Jose was very helpful and nice. I appreciated his help. He also did marvelous repair on the slider door! Michael is always a delight and so very thoughtful of my needs.
Very nice location. You must replace the Master Bedroom MATRESS. Please go into unit 116 and lay down on that mattress. You slide off onto the floor. I know mattresses are expensive, but it is the one thing guaranteed to be used 7 nights. You should also replace one strip of kitchen counter-facing material in that unit (I thought it was bugs every day). Lastly, the gate never worked, so figure out the rear plate reading system. Cars were lined up stuck outside.
Renovation is needed of the rooms all together up graded to a better cleanliness and drawers etc.. with all equipment needed in kitchen. Closet for trash and cabinets too. Wood rot noted in condo and stairs need to be fixed for no creek sound heard.
Close to relatives to visit and the restaurants in Indio and La Quinta area.

The only problem with the unit were the squeaky upstair floor, the squeaky cabinet doors both upstairs and downstairs, the hot and cold-plumbing in the upstairs shower that was difficult to adjust, the kitchen counter tops…..overall, that particular unit definitely could use a facelift.
The manager, Michael, Erika at the front desk and George couldn’t have been more courteous, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Good for them and lucky you to have such reliable employees.

1. License plate reader worked when we 1st arrived - but only once since. Doesn’t work on Jackson gate either. Tried 3X, each time. Last night Gentleman at front gate on Monroe said license was in system incorrectly As GREGG rather than GREGGS. He changed it. No idea why it worked twice with wrong license plate.
2. Gate to pool area (by hot tub) didn’t work BUT gate at end of area worked. (Pool area in center of u it’s, not pool area by 48th)
3. Wish you had ability to stream onto your TVs from our mobile devices or to use our own subscriptions on streaming services like Netflix.
* As usual Michael & Erika have been very responsive /helpful.

A lot of deferred maintenance. Shower leaked and pipes exposed, that was repaired. Toilet tank rocked, not repaired. We believe unit info indicated 2 Queen beds or 1 Queen and 2 twins. We had a double and 2 twins. Dishwasher was rusting on the outside, baseboards damaged, stain on the sofa.

Indian Palm Springs resort is a great place to stay. They have their own golf course, pool areas, houses with garages. They have lots of activities within 30 mins to do! They have their own restaurant in the resort, and parks with playgrounds for kids nearby. Try this place out!
