Stayed here over Stagecoach weekend and the only good thing about it was the location. We found bed bugs in 2 out of the 4 beds, bugs in bathroom sink and in the kitchen sink. Kitchen and dining area had a horrific stench almost like moldy and mildewed potatoes. You can tell they tried to remodel it to keep “up to date” but it’s a landlord special. Nothing about it is a “club”, no amenities what so ever besides a pool which was dirty when we went swimming. Residents and staff were friendly and great.

Michael has been a great host. Clean, calm units and area. Walking distance to the Polo Grounds. Great place to stay.

Michael has been a host. Communicates well and checks-in. Clean, calm unit and area. Close to the Polo Grounds. Great place to stay!

We like it here. The unit is clean and comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood and it’s close to restaurants. We enjoy our walks around the neighborhood. There are two pools and it’s mostly empty during our stay. Our unit faces the golf course green lawns so there’s no unit behind us which is nice. Overall we’re enjoying our stay.
I was impressed with the staff at Indian Palms Vacation Club. They were courteous and very helpful, especially the General Manager Nolan Newberry.
