For decades, owners and guests of Indian Palms Vacation Club have returned to enjoy a relaxing, resort-like experience in one of the most beautiful beach towns in the country. Here are a few reviews from our guests.
Rooms says a 1000 and 1 things but I only need 2. Never again!!
The worst vacation club I ever vacation at.
Very outdated-still has popcorn ceilings-which has several water and black dust/dirt stains. The vents in the family room were thick w/dirty black dust I asked 2 people if these could be cleaned, they were never cleaned,
The cabinets esp. in the kitchen and bathroom has a very musty smell that actually seemed to have absorbed into the dishes and glasses.
We killed a cockroach crawling on the couch, 2 maggots on the kitchen floor, numerous gnats in the kitchen and bathroom.
Absolutely no handicap accommodations including parking.
Residents walking their dogs w/out leads on-my dog was charged twice by uncontrolled dogs; most owners did not p/u their dogs' poop.
One resident # 50 has 2 adult dogs and 2 puppies.
The carpets are so dirty -when I took a shower, I saw black footprints on the tub floor.
The couch and chair are so used that the cushions
have sink holes.
As a positive note the staff up front and the female housekeeper were very friendly and polite.
It was also very nice that they waived the pet fee.

Service is good. Phone requests are taken cared of very fast. We like the new kitchen and bathrooms plus the floors done for better taste. More brightest mood scene. Just need to get the stairs not to creek and match the railing or have one continue same rail like the new one placed. New furniture and fixtures on the walls and sets of pans from small to large like frying pans and more baking items and casserole dishes with cover like before. Nicer unit given to us! We appreciate you all for you hard work in the keeping units well kept.

Nothing extra comes to mind. It was a good vacation stay.

Stayed here over Stagecoach weekend and the only good thing about it was the location. We found bed bugs in 2 out of the 4 beds, bugs in bathroom sink and in the kitchen sink. Kitchen and dining area had a horrific stench almost like moldy and mildewed potatoes. You can tell they tried to remodel it to keep “up to date” but it’s a landlord special. Nothing about it is a “club”, no amenities what so ever besides a pool which was dirty when we went swimming. Residents and staff were friendly and great.
