Memorable Moments

Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful... Michael, Jose, Ophelia. But we've had a rough visit... the first unit we were in was dirty and run down, the new unit had lots of dirty things- couch cushions, throw pillows, bathroom- medicine cabinet and tub, kitchen- counters dirty & old scratched up skillet, etc, dirty carpet, two cockroaches- one dead, one alive!! But whenever we asked for someone to clean or provide something we needed, it was done!! Thank you so much!!

Very dirty carpet, roaches & ants in bathroom. No hand rail at front door. No grab bars in bathroom or tub area. This place is not good for elderly people.

Erika has been so helpful checking up on us. The text message system is really helpful and convenient. This is my first time here with family and friends and the experience has been fantastic.

The check in and out process was great customer service. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very relaxing vacation.

Surprised to find the property to be two stories. Facilities were clean and well kept.

Safe community, I loved the place. Conveniently located close to shopping centers. The pool was a bit small and water didn’t look clear but regardless I Would def stay here again!

This is not about customer service. They are great. This experience is based on the unit itself. It needs an update and the smell is unbearable. I had to go and purchase scented candles and air freshnerplug-ins to try and get the smell out. It's an old stale smell. We will be checking out soon.

Everyone is very nice and makes our time there a good experience. Been owners for years and come to Coachella every year. The team there makes sure everything goes smoothly. Michael and team are great!

I can't say too much. I was at one of the banquet halls for a funeral reception. Security was mediocre and the overall facility was past its prime.
