Policy (Local Time):
The remaining balance plus tax will be collected by the resort also at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date or you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Room moves may be required.
***NOTE: There is an age requirement of at least 21 years of age to book and check-in at the resort.
Check-in Procedure:
The Front Desk is open Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. If checking-in after hours, please contact the resort directly at 760-342-1485.
There is a $5.50 resort fee per day.
Late Check-in
Procedure:
The front desk is open Mon.-Thurs. 8am-7pm, Sat. 9am-7pm & Fri. and Sun. 8am-10pm.
If arriving late, please contact the resort directly at 760-342-1485. Follow these steps upon arrival 1. Locate Lock box in front of the office. 2. Press 231 turn knob clockwise and pull box open. (The box will open) 3. Inside the box you will find your key packet with your name unit# and directions to your unit. Please relock the box by turning the knob at the top counter clockwise.
