Indian Palms Vacation Club practices the reduction of the impact on the environment and satisfy Owner & Guest expectations for environmentally conscious hospitality practices. Here is a list of the initiatives that have been implemented:

• Monitoring IPVC irrigation system, changing timers and adjusting the irrigation system that best fits the changing climate.
• Towel and Linen exchange cards are still in place to give our guests the opportunity to join our efforts to reduce water use.
• Queen and Twin size mattresses made from recycled material and soy base products.
• We continue to adjust thermostats in all unoccupied room as well as in the refrigerators.
• Recycling plastic and aluminum.
• Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFL’s) placed in all units plus recycling CFL’s properly at end of life cycle.
• (15) energy efficient A/C units.
• Recycle broken refrigerator and microwaves.
